Regular Season Round 15: Igokea - Partizan 81-103

There was no surprise in Aleksandrovac where 4th placed BosnianIgokea (7-6) was crushed by second ranked Serbian Partizan (12-1) 103-81 on Friday. Partizan outrebounded Igokea 35-23 including 24 on the defensive glass. Partizan looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. It was a great evening for German forward Isaac Bonga (204-1999) who led his team to a victory scoring 14 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). American guard Duane Washington Jr (190-2000, college: Ohio St.) helped adding 20 points and 6 assists. Four Partizan players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Serbian power forward Strahinja Gavrilovic (204-1993, college: USC, agency: Octagon Europe) with 16 points and Serbian Dragan Milosavljevic (198-1989) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for Partizan . Defending Serbian champion maintains second place with 12-1 record having just eight point less than leader Spartak. Defending Bosnian champion Igokea still keeps top position with six games lost. They share it with Bosna.
